赵小凡-索有百科

赵小凡 (Xiao-Fan Zhao), 从事昆虫生理、生化与分子生物学研究，重点是昆虫发育过程中蜕皮与变态的功能基因和调控机理；承担本科生和研究生教学。1990年留学日本，1998年留学德国，并多次赴日本、德国从事科学研究。先后承担国家自然科学基金重点项目等10余项，发表论文60余篇。济南市第十二届、第十三届人大代表。 Email: xfzhao@sdu.edu.cn履历  1981年本科毕业于西南师范大学生物系，1984年获山东大学动物学硕士，1997年获南京农业大学昆虫学博士。1984年至今在山东大学生命科学院工作。 1990-1991年赴日本从事半胱氨酸蛋白酶研究； 1998-2000年获德国政府学术交流会（DAAD）“生物科学特别项目博士后奖学金”赴德国从事V-ATP酶研究； 2001-2002年在日本九州工业大学从事DNA和蛋白质测序、基因重组蛋白包涵体复性和纯化、毕赤酵母表达外源基因等研究； 2003年获德国政府德意志联合研究会（DFG）资助赴德国从事基因重组病毒杀虫剂构建和蛋白酶、HHR3在昆虫细胞中的表达等研究。 2005年赴日本从事蛋白质组学研究。

教学工作  1、生化与分子生物学技术 2、动物生化与分子生物学 3、生化与分子生物学专题 4、基因工程药物  研究方向  1、昆虫蜕皮功能基因组、蛋白质组研究。 2、基因重组病毒杀虫剂研究。 3、蛋白酶及抑制因子研究。科研成果  主要学术成果： 1.从棉铃虫鉴定、纯化到组织蛋白酶B并克隆到其基因; 2.克隆到棉铃虫蜕皮调节转录因子基因和烟草天蛾V-ATP酶C亚基基因并研究了它们的表达调控； 3.用非甾醇类蜕皮激素竞争物（RH-2485）对棉铃虫进行了实验室和田间防效研究； 4.构建了HCB、HHR3基因重组核型多角体病毒，用于害虫控制研究； 5.在国内外核心期刊发表论文60余篇； 6.申报了多项基因发明专利； 7.主持和参加了国家自然科学基金面上和重点项目、‘863’项目及省部级项目10余项； 8.2002年被山东省科技厅、山东省专利技术局和山东省妇女联合会授予《山东省优秀巾帼发明者》证书。  学术论著  文章编号从后向前；*为通讯作者， 31.
